WINTER SPORTS TRYOUT INFORMATION
TRYOUT REQUIREMENTS:
- You MUST have the following documents with you in order to tryout. All forms can be found under the 'FORMS' tab above.
- Consent & Indemnity Form: If this form is NOT completely filled out (including insurance information), your student-athlete will not be able to participate in tryouts.
- Sports Physical
- The school nurse MUST have a physical on file before a student will be allowed to try out.
- If you have already participated on a GHHMS team this Fall you do not need another physical. You only need ONE in your time at GHHMS.
- Come dressed appropriately and prepared with proper equipment for your sport.
